Welcome to our website, where you can discover more about Anchor’s proposals for the redevelopment of land south of Goffs Lane, Cheshunt.

Anchor have now launched a public consultation, where further information is available on our proposals to provide retirement accommodation with care and support, in the form of apartments and bungalows.

Please visit our proposals page, where you can learn more about Anchor’s plans. The consultation is open to feedback until Friday 8 February. This has been extended from the original deadline advertised within the community newsletter to allow sufficient time for us to hear your views.

Anchor are also holding a public exhibition on Thursday 25 January from 4.00pm – 7.00pm at the Huntingdon Suite, Bishops College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, EN8 9XQ.
