Site Access 

Access to the site is provided via a T-junction arrangement onto Goffs Lane. The junction has been designed with visibility splays which are appropriate for the posted speed limit. 

Taking account of the nature of the occupants (older people), the scheme would generate minimal traffic flows on the local highway network during the morning and evening peak hour periods. 

The site is in a highly accessible location, close to bus stops and the facilities within Cheshunt town centre. 

A sufficient level of car parking will be provided, in-line with the level typically provided by Anchor at similar developments and is based on their extensive experience of operating sites such as this. 

The layout of the site has been designed to accommodate all vehicles that would access the site, including refuse and emergency vehicles.
